THESTRONGBUDDHA is a group of like minded disciples of fitness who have dedicated a major portion of their lives in understanding and practicing different forms of self improvement. Our goal is to become  strong, both physically and mentally and move deeper into the unexplored chasm of enlightenment.We as individuals have been deeply impacted by the teachings of Gautam Buddha and are gradually and successfully incorporating his principles to realize our goal to get stronger.

We believe that knowledge shared is knowledge gained, with this in mind we are trying to share our ideas and experiences in self improvement to all the inquisitive minds who are looking to make a difference in their lives.We also are looking to provide a knowledge sharing platform for people to come and discuss their own experiences and find sustainable solutions to their taxing issues.

Abhishek Singh  has over 8 years of experience in Health and Fitness and is passionate about exceeding your expectations.His goal in life is to be a student of health and this goal has led him to pursue various arts like Capeoira, kettle-bells, power lifting, Crossfit and right now he is a active learner of the art of correct movement.

Tanay Gurjar is a fitness enthusiast with a penchant for breaking Personal Records.A StrongFirst certified Trainer and an avid reader, you will find him researching fitness articles and teaching others to empower their lives by getting stronger when he is not in his day job.

Arunabha Aich loves reading about philosophy and economics.Cooking Healthy Dishes is his favorite Pastime and he is doing active research on increase immunity after beating a number of life threatening diseases.He also likes to flaunt his signature move- The Pistol Squat a lot and you will find half of his Instagram pictures featuring that move.
